The following information applies only to consumers who conclude a contract with us exclusively by means of distance communication (e.g. email, phone) or outside our business premises. A non-binding enquiry via our website is not yet a contract. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts you conclude in person at the studio.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sarah Drotleff & Christian Kainz GbR, Ringstraße 21, 89192 Rammingen, Germany, phone +49 176 5999 48 11, email contact@sakris.space) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services already provided by the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full scope of services provided for in the contract.
Notes
For a contract for the provision of services, the right of withdrawal expires when we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us (Section 356(4) BGB). Whether a statutory exception to the right of withdrawal applies in an individual case is determined by Section 312g(2) BGB.
